1. Hotel reservations

Individual sleep bookings (up to 2 rooms)

Non-refundable rate: requires full payment at booking. No refunds, modifications, or cancellations permitted.

Flexible rate: secure with a credit card. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Group sleep bookings (4 or more rooms) & boardroom bookings

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

30+ days before arrival: free cancellation (full deposit refund).

20-29 days before arrival: a chf 250 administrative fee is charged; balance refunded.

7-19 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee (deposit forfeited).

Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost is charged.

2. Restaurant reservations

Reservations are strictly mandatory. We are unable to accommodate walk-in guests.

Individual dining (up to 5 guests)

A valid credit card is required to secure your table.

Cancellations less than 3 days (72 hours) before the reservation time incur a 100% fee of the dining cost.

Group dining (6 or more guests)

A 50% deposit is required to secure your table.

30+ days before the date: free cancellation (full deposit refund).

20-29 days before the date: a chf 250 administrative fee is charged; balance refunded.

4-19 days before the date: 50% cancellation fee (deposit forfeited).

Less than 3 days (72 hours) before the date: 100% of the total dining cost is charged.

Allergies & dietary restrictions

Due to the curated nature of our menu, adjustments cannot be accommodated at the last minute. All dietary restrictions and severe allergies must be explicitly communicated at the time of reservation.

3. Villa policies & extras

Atmosphere & age restrictions: to maintain our tranquil mountainscape environment, we only welcome children from the age of 8.

Pet policy: one well-behaved dog is permitted in the house by prior arrangement only, at an additional charge of chf 20 per night.

Check-in / check-out:

Check-in: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Check-out: by 11:00 am

Operational hours: Open Wednesday through Sunday (Sunday includes breakfast and check-out only). Please check seasonal variations in advance, particularly regarding wednesdays.
